At PEI Trade, we are committed to customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality standards. Due to the nature of our business (B2B international trade), our return policy is tailored for transparency and accountability.
1. General Return Conditions
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged goods, wrong products, or quality defects.
- All returns must be authorized in writing by PEI Trade before shipping.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce)
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Products damaged due to mishandling by the buyer
3. Return Procedure
- Submit a return request via email with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photos or documentation
- Our team will assess and respond within 3 business days.
- If approved, the return must be shipped to the specified address.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days.
- Refunds will exclude shipping and handling fees unless the return is due to our error.
5. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a PEI Trade error (e.g., incorrect product), we will cover return shipping.
- In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Quality Assurance
We inspect all products before shipment. If you receive a product that does not meet the agreed standards, please contact us immediately for resolution.
