What products do you supply?

Fresh & frozen fruits/vegetables and selected legumes. Availability is seasonal; we share a live availability list and suggested varieties per market.

How are prices quoted and how long are they valid?

Quotes are FOB/CFR/CIF, market-linked, and usually valid 24–72 hours depending on product, quantity, and vessel space.

Which payment terms do you accept?

LC at sight, DP, TT (e.g., 30/70). Third-party inspection (SGS/BV) and escrow are available upon request.

What is the minimum order?

One full container (FCL) — 20’ or 40’. Mixed pallets/varieties are possible if temperature/handling match.

What is the lead time from order to shipment?

Typically 3–7 days after PI & payment to harvest/pack/QC and load; fast-track 3–5 days for in-stock or frozen items.

How do you ensure quality?

Farm selection, grading, and pre-shipment QC with photo/video reports; reefer PTI/VGM and temperature settings shared; SGS/BV optional.
